Make a payment on PayPal for Registration Fee
Once you have submitted your registration form, you will be redirected to the PayPal site to pay the entrance fee if there is one required.
If you need to make additional payments for the event please click the PayPal button to pay the entrance fee. The tax fee listed is a convenience fee for processing.
Registration Form Instructions
In order to register for a CEU Course or Wellness Seminar, you must fill out the Registration Form. Payment must be received before registration is confirmed.
Once you have submitted your registration form, you will be redirected to the PayPal site to pay the entrance fee. If there is no fee for the course, you can close the PayPal window that opens.
If you are registering for more than 1 course or more than 1 person, please enter the total fee amount you will be submitting when prompted for the dollar amount on the PayPal page.
